Product Policy
Ownership of the product remains with Eureka and the customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the product. A product license is intended for use by a single account and cannot be shared between multiple accounts. The customer may use the product for their own personal or business purposes, but may not trade, resell, reverse engineer, leak, or distribute our products to any third party. The customer may not remove Eureka's logo from the product if included (Except for airports and aircraft), except in natural usage scenarios where the logo may be obscured or partially hidden due to the design or function of the product. Doing such will result in your product licenses being revoked and a permanent ban from our Discord Server. There are no chances to appeal.
Giving away our products is allowed if you did notice us before the giveaway started, your license will be transferred to the winner of the giveaway. If you do not notify us and give away our products, that will result in a permanent ban from our Discord Server, and all products you own in Eureka revoked. The same thing will happen to the giveaway winner.
We have the right to revoke your product license at any time for any reason we see fit.
Attempting to resell/share/leak our products will result in you getting your product license revoked.
All licensed product only works if the game's owner or the group game's group owner owns the product license.
You are not allowed to take parts from our products and reuse them.

Discord Server & Customer Support Services Policy
Please do not open a troll ticket, or we will ban you from our customer support services.
We have the right to warn, kick, or ban anyone with a valid reason.
If you think the reason is unfair, you can open a ticket, and tell us why you were banned/warned/kicked and why you think the reason for the ban / warn/kick is unfair.
When you open a ticket, please state the problem or inquiry instead of saying 'hi' and waiting for a response.
We have our own lives, so please do not ping our staff members aggressively in the ticket. We may answer your questions when we have some spare time.
Please do not ask about the release dates of our products in the ticket.
We will ignore the ticket, send you a warning, or close the ticket as an inactivity/drama ticket if you don't follow the notes here.
