Eureka Purchase Policy

By purchasing our products or winning our products in giveaways, you agree to our product policy automatically.
If you request a refund of our products from any 3rd-party marketplace that offers refunds, such as Clearly Development, your product license will be revoked upon confirmation. You will run the risk of getting blacklisted from Eureka if you do not inform us before submitting a refund request to Clearly Development.
No refunds for any purchases. All purchases are final. Refunds will only apply to canceled pre-orders. We will only refund 70% of the price the pre-order was if you are in our group and we are able to pay you via group payout. (Roblox took 30% of the price)
We have the right not to refund you.
Eureka clients take responsibility for their actions.
